1)get wood 2)cut a core 3)use epoxy to glue on edges and sidewalls to basematerial, place woodcore, add fiberglass or carbon for stiffness, finish sandwich construction with lacquer and topsheet  4)mold-press until epoxy glue dried 5)cut useless material around the edges
