Bregenz. My friend and Shopowner Alex Kramer of Yama skateboards (http://www.yamaskateboards.com/) initiated a Skateboard Artshow starting with the opening of the Photogallery called "Format Perspective" of skateboardings most creative photographers. Chris Pfanner and many followers of the Yama scene gathered in front of the store. The following week Alex curated an art exhibit in the catacombs of the Martinsturm in Bregenz. With the help from the skateboard museum one could grasp the endless possibilities how to get creative with and around the skateboardculture. The program has not stopped here, during the daily open art exhibit there were Video screenings of Pontus Alv's and his DIY concrete skate spots. The higlight for all of us was a much anticipated Workshop in which I participated with my son to create art on skateboards. See picture!
